When I write about the cities, I keep two things in mind: what are some of the city’s most famous attractions and what makes these places so unique. Because travelers from the United States who want to explore more of the nation, or foreigners touring the United States, may want to know which cities are the most popular in the first place.
Today I’ve compiled a list of some of the most beautiful cities in the US, along with some ideas for things to see and do while you’re there!
1. Seattle, Washington
Seattle is considered as the most beautiful city in the US. In addition to its excellent coffee, Seattle is remarked for the beauty of its natural surroundings, which include Mount Rainier and the Olympic National Park. And there’s Discovery Park, a sprawling nature reserve with rocky shores and a vista of the islands dotting the Puget Sound.
The Space Needle and Victorian buildings in the Pioneer Square Historic District add to the scenic splendor of Seattle. Aside from them, there are plenty of other attractions to see in Seattle, including Pike Place Market and Golden Gardens Park.
2. San Francisco, California
The second most beautiful city in the US is San Francisco, without a doubt. It is no surprise that San Francisco is a gorgeous city built on large hills and encircled by the sea that lives and breathes to its rhythm.
Beginners are always surprised by how chilly San Francisco is, so bring a huge cardigan with you whenever you visit and wear it while cruising in the car, pulling a trip to Alcatraz Island, or howling with laughter at the sea lions at Fisherman’s Wharf.
3. Miami, Florida
Miami is well-known for its pristine sands, mild temperature, delectable food, Cuban lattes, and Latin-American traditions, making it the third most beautiful city in the US on my list. With a vacation in Miami, you may take advantage of the thriving entertainment culture as well as some calm beaches.
One advantage is that it has reasonably pleasant weather throughout the year, making it a great destination for a vacation during any time of year.

4. Boston, Massachusetts
When it comes to cultural heritage, Boston is the place to be! Iconic structures like Frank Gehry and Walter Gropius are paired with federal architecture dating back to the 16th century in this historic district of New York City. If you’re interested in architecture, don’t miss the Back Bay row buildings, a popular photo opportunity that’s very attractive.
Explore the city’s top raw bars and lobster huts, where you can enjoy anything from soup to lobster rolls. Moreover, the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum is a must-see for visitors to the city.
5. Los Angeles, California
Los Angeles is a destination that the whole world desires to see because of the beaches and movies that have made it famous. Visit this lovely city in the state of California’s south. As you wind your way around Los Angeles County, begin at the summit of the Hotel Erwin in Venice for a panoramic perspective.
The Hollywood Sign and Venice Beach, to name just two, are must-sees. Afterward, go south to Anaheim, where you may take full control of the Millennium Falcon in Star Wars at Disneyland.
6. Chicago, Illinois
Chicago has a lot to offer visitors, including museums, martini bars, Frank Lloyd Wright architecture, deep-dish pizzas, and, of course, the Cubs. Located in the heart of Illinois, Rush Street is a designated area for music and partying. You can conserve some energy for the many events that Chicago hosts, from Taste of Chicago in July and Pitchfork Music Fest in September to Lollapalooza, the city’s biggest and best.
Unless the cubs play sports, sleeveless men will face freezing conditions to celebrate their team at Soldier Field in Chicago. Consider visiting the Art Institute of Chicago and Millennium Park, two prominent Chicago destinations.

7. Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Milwaukee is a lively and welcoming city. In June and July, Milwaukee hosts Summerfest, the world’s biggest music event, which takes place on three weekends. It features 11 sets, nearly 800 bands, and almost a million people in the warm weather.
If you’re planning a trip to Milwaukee, you can expect to see beautiful art galleries and the yearly Sculpture Milwaukee public display.
8. Charleston, Carolina
Charleston in South Carolina is one of the country’s major cities, with a rich cultural heritage and a forward-thinking approach to the arts, history, and gourmet. It has long been a draw for visitors to South Carolina because of the city’s historic buildings and cathedrals.
Still, lately, it has become a culinary and drinking hotspot. There are hipsters and ocean viewpoints at Pavilion Bar, sweet grass baskets at City Market, and a mystical restaurant – chef Sean Brock’s Husk at City Market.
9. New Orleans, Louisiana
In New Orleans, besides the roads, which are the bumpiest you will ever see in a big city, the whole city is undergoing a revival. Iconic festivals such as Mardi Gras may be seen throughout the year in this stunning city! Put on your finest wig and costume and go to the French Quarter or Marigny for some of New Orleans’ greatest cuisine at one of the city’s high-end restaurants.
Enjoy some of New Orleans’ world-famous musical performances while sipping on a specialty drink from the city’s top pubs. Also keep a close eye out for the city’s architectural beauty, which distinguishes melodious city while you’re here.

11. New York City, New York
In the United States, there is no other city quite like New York, which may be considered one of the most recognizable. The city is a mixture of communities, cultures, and unique styles and a great place to meet people from all over the world. Taking a walk down any one of Manhattan’s streets is always an adventure.
The ultra-modern structures like at Hudson Yards continuously transform the city’s character into intriguing new forms alongside the city’s historic structures. 12. Las Vegas, Nevada
If you’re planning a trip to the United States, you must go to Las Vegas at least once. One of the city’s most distinctive features is the sparkle, glam, and jingling gambling machines, which can be seen in greater abundance nowhere else.
However, casinos aren’t the only thing that’s sprouting up in the desert. Explore the interesting Mob Museum in downtown L.A., only a short walk from the world-famous Strip. With Exotics Motorsports, ride a supercar, then hurry to Red Rock Canyon for a mind-boggling arid adventure; you’ll have the best of both worlds. Whatever you’re looking for, you can always find it in this Sin City.
13. St. Louis, Missouri
St. Louis has a small-town feel in the middle of a major city. Community engagement, philanthropy, the arts, and openness to the public are what set St. Louis apart from other cities. The “Gateway to the West” has traditionally been the heart of the US.
Moreover, St. Louis has a wealth of galleries, gardens, and monuments to choose from, making it an ideal location for a meeting. The Gateway Arch and BB’s Jazz Blues and Soups are must-see attractions here. Classic BBQ establishments like Pappy’s Smokehouse and Sugarfire show that music and BBQs go handy here.
14. Nashville, Tennessee
Nightclubs and galleries don’t appear to get along at first in Nashville, yet their bond is powerful. In addition to its origins in R&B and a strong pop and rock industry, Nashville is the origin of country and bluegrass songs. Go to Broadway’s Legend’s Corner or Tootsie’s if you’re in the mood for some country, blues, or bourbon.
